In the case of cancellation up to 30 days before the start of the trip, we do not charge any cancellation costs; any deposit that has already been paid will be refunded.
from 30 days to 14 days before arrival 50% of the travel price, in the case of cancellation 7 days before arrival 80%
For cancellations less than 7 days before the start of the journey or in the event of no-show 100%.
Special cancellation conditions apply to the Covid-19 Corona Pandemic.
The Corona traffic light introduced by the Austrian federal government serves as the basis for a cancellation reason. This shows the assessment of the risk of infection in the individual districts. If the traffic light shows green or yellow (low or medium risk) at the time of your booked stay in the district of your holiday destination, this is not yet a reason for cancellation. If the traffic light shows orange or red, you can of course cancel free of charge. In this case we guarantee that you will be reimbursed any down payment you may have made.
